New Catholic Wellness Platform Coming


Beginning September 1, 2025 MCC participants and members of their household will have access to a state-of-the-art Catholic wellness resource. The HOPE Health and Wellness Program platform shares Jesus Christ’s healing love in health care by offering support for their best health, in Spirit, Mind and Body. HOPE provides support for common challenges such as stress, emotional burnout, mental health concerns, and more. Employees will be able to schedule one-on-one confidential and anonymous counseling sessions and participate in educational seminars on a wide variety of wellbeing topics.

Your Own Personal Retirement Plan Financial Advisor!

If you already participate in or are thinking of contributing to the MCC 403(b) retirement savings plan, you have access to CAPTRUST financial advisors, who are available for free personal appointments to discuss your retirement plan.

Investing Fundamentals and Target Date Funds
This webinar discusses fundamental investment concepts such as diversification, rebalancing, and the differences between stocks, bonds, and cash. It also includes information on Target Date Funds, which were recently added to the investment fund options in MCC’s 403(b) plan.

To watch any of CAPTRUST’s on-demand webinars, you will need to complete the registration form first. If you have previously done so, click or tap the “Already Registered?” link instead, then enter the email address you used to register. Additional webinars are also available on MCC’s website.

Finally, CAPTRUST has made available dedicated days each quarter specifically for MCC participants to set up virtual consultations with advisors to discuss retirement, general financial planning, and investment education and advice.

The next sets of dedicated days for MCC participants are September 24, 25, and 30, as well as October 1, 2, and 3. Look for information to sign up for these days in a future MCC email.

Looking Ahead
Fall Open Enrollment
Annual Open Enrollment for the 2026 plan year will take place from October 15 to November 7, 2025.
Specific instructions and additional information will be sent to employees and employers in early October.
MCC is planning to incorporate a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pair with the MCC PPO2 and PPO HD medical plans for the 2026 plan year.
